-please note-20% of the "cleaning and maintenance" is personal/when owner hires the cleaners for our own personal parties, gatherings or when owner chooses to stay there/have family friends stay there. 


-You'll note in 2024 owner earned about 153k, but in 2025 they have already earned 144k, but are only 1/2 way through the year. There are bookings for August with an estimated revenue of about 20-25k. We also have inquiries for 2026.
